Corey and I recently ventured out to the U.S. to visit family and friends for a couple of weeks. During our trip, we were lucky to experience the best parts of autumn in Georgia like the cool, crisp air, the vibrant foliage and the fall-inspired restaurant dishes and drinks. The Dogfish Head meatloaf sliders, made with a mixture of pork and beef and smothered in a Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale-based gravy.
The Habanero pumpkin spice wings, covered with a sweet and spicy glaze that includes Jamaican allspice, cinnamon, brown sugar, Habanero chilies and nutmeg.
The Southwest skillet cornbread, served in a cast-iron skillet and topped with regional flavors like peppers, corn and queso fresco.
